OVERVIEW

True Structural Reinforcement. Zero Pivot.

Even a chassis as capable as the MINI Gen3 can benefit from added rigidity. The NM Engineering Upper Tie-Bar is designed to reinforce the front suspension towers, virtually eliminating the fore-and-aft and side-to-side chassis flex that occurs during aggressive cornering.

By stabilizing the strut towers, you prevent unwanted geometry and alignment changes mid-corner. The result? Sharper steering response, a more predictable front end, and a car that feels "flatter" and more planted through the twisties.

FEATURES

  • Zero-Pivot Technology: While most competitors use a single-bolt design that can still pivot under load, we utilize a Dual-Bolt Mounting System. This solidly locks the tube to the base, ensuring zero movement and maximum bracing efficiency.
  • Billet Construction: Mounting bases and tube ends are CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billets. No stamped steel or weak welds here.
  • Optimized Tubing: Formed from 1-inch round 6061-T6 aluminum with a massive 1/4" wall thickness, providing the ultimate balance of extreme stiffness and lightweight performance.
  • Superior Durability: Designed to withstand the high-stress environment of the engine bay while maintaining a premium, high-performance aesthetic.
  • Easy Installation: A straightforward bolt-on upgrade that integrates seamlessly with your factory engine bay.

NOTES

  • Engineering Over Aesthetics: Unlike many "cosmetic" strut bars on the market, the NM Tie-Bar is a functional structural component designed for track and spirited street use.
  • Maintenance-Free: Once installed and torqued, the rigid aluminum construction requires no further adjustment.
  • Made in the USA: Designed, engineered, and manufactured in Camarillo, California.
