Installation guidance

Align the mating components before engaging the bolt, start the threads carefully and use the correct tool for the actual drive. Follow the factory tightening instruction and sequence for the exact connection. Do not transfer torque values between different applications that happen to use the same bolt number.
After assembly, check correct seating and retention, restore disturbed components and perform the functional checks required for the serviced system. Do not compensate for a damaged receiver with a longer bolt or additional tightening force.
