Genuine trim attachment washer
The N-011-664-10 Genuine VW/Audi flat washer is used in the original trim fastening arrangements specified in the fitment table. Verified applications include the left rear seat-back upper panel on certain A8 and S8 seat configurations, together with assigned grille and interior-trim hardware on the listed D2 A8 models.
Each application uses this washer at a particular attachment point. The rear seat-back assignment specifically requires the configuration without a bench seat. The same factory washer number does not mean every trim screw or seat connection on these vehicles uses it.

These are component dimensions rather than packaged shipping measurements. Correct inside diameter, outside diameter and thickness preserve the intended fastening stack. Match the original washer, associated fastener and trim receiver before ordering.
Common reasons to replace
- A washer is missing after trim or seat-back panel removal.
- The washer is bent or distorted and no longer bears evenly.
- The center opening or seating surface is damaged.
- Corrosion or wear has compromised the original mounting hardware.
- A prior repair used a washer of the wrong thickness or outside diameter.
Inspect the panel mounting point, associated screw and receiver during service. A new washer cannot repair a cracked trim tab, damaged seat-back panel or stripped receiver. Investigate loose trim at its actual fastening point rather than adding extra washers to take up movement.
Vehicle fitment
The table identifies the verified connection and equipment requirements for each application. In the rear seat-back rows, the without-bench-seat restriction is essential. Other seat arrangements require their own hardware confirmation.

Installation guidance
Follow the factory trim or seat-back panel procedure for the exact vehicle and equipment. Keep the original washers, screws and any spacers identified as the panel is removed. Protect surrounding trim and inspect the fastening surfaces before assembly.
Restore the prescribed washer and screw arrangement, align the panel with its intended mounting points, and start the fastener carefully in its receiver. Apply the tightening instruction for the associated attachment. Do not use added torque to compensate for damaged trim or an incorrect hardware stack.
Check that the serviced panel is seated and retained properly after assembly, and restore all covers and adjacent components specified by the procedure.

Supplied as one genuine washer. Screws, trim panels, seat components, brackets and a complete mounting kit are not included. Confirm the quantity required and the original configuration at the attachment point being repaired.
