OVERVIEW
Genuine VW/Audi headlamp mounting screw, part number N-100-032-03. This small panel screw secures the headlamp at its assigned outer mounting point. Its rounded head and washer bearing surface retain the lamp mounting tab against the intended support.

- Match the original screw and receiving clip at the specified location. This panel screw is not interchangeable with a metric machine bolt of similar diameter.
Common reasons to replace
Replace a missing screw, stripped drive recess, corroded threads or a damaged bearing surface. Hardware can also be lost or damaged during headlamp removal and mounting-tab repairs.
Lamp movement or a loose mounting point requires inspection of the receiving clip, mounting tab and support as well as the screw. A new screw will not repair a cracked lamp housing or stripped receiving clip.
Installation and service notes
Support the headlamp and align its mounting points before tightening. Start the screw carefully into the intended receiving clip; do not force it into an incompatible thread. Tighten to the factory instruction for that headlamp mounting point without distorting the mounting tab.
Confirm all mounting hardware is seated, check wiring clearance and verify headlamp aim after removal or adjustment. Inner and outer mounting fasteners can differ, and xenon equipment must be matched to the installed assembly.
