Installation guidance
Follow the factory underbody access and vehicle-support procedure. Remove the damaged clip without damaging its receiving edge. Fit the correct replacement in its original orientation, align the trim and start the specified screw without cross-threading.
Confirm the clip is retained and the panel is secure with the required clearance from moving and hot components. Reinstall the remaining original retainers and tighten the mating screw using the attachment-specific procedure.
