These are different locations with different service procedures. Neighboring seals can have different diameters and factory numbers, including those in the R8 V10 cooler arrangement.

Installation guidance
Follow the current factory service procedure for the exact cooler, line or engine-cover sealing point. Allow the system to cool, prepare for fluid handling and keep the open connection clean. Remove the old ring without damaging the groove or mating surface.
Use only the specified assembly lubricant where required. Position the new O-ring correctly without twisting, stretching or pinching it, then assemble the joint using the prescribed hardware and tightening procedure. Refill and check the system as specified, and inspect the repaired connection for leaks.
