Unitronic FLEX fuel enabled ECU Performance Software Calibrations are available for this platform allowing for seamless transitions between 100% gasoline to 85% ethanol and anything in between, without requiring an ECU reflash. Numerous UniFLEX calibrations are available depending on your transmission situation and fueling upgrades.     Unitronic ECU calibrations include Start/Stop Memory, which enables the vehicle to now remember the last set position.

  • Boost Gauge Recalibration
    The OEM Boost Gauge has been recalibrated to show relative/gauge pressure rather than absolute pressure.

  • Coolant Temperature Patch
    The coolant temperature gauge has been patched to show actual coolant temperature as opposed to the "dummy" gauge as is factory.

  • Advanced Thermal Management
    Factory strategies include a tendency to favor higher operating temperatures for targeting maximum efficiency. Unitronic has developed and implemented its Advanced Thermal Management to target lower coolant temperatures based on the current drive mode selected by the driver. In more performance demanding conditions, like when operating your vehicle in Sport or Race modes, TCO targets are set to 90*C (194*F). Inversely, when maximum efficiency is preferred like when in Comfort or Eco modes, TCO targets are set to 100*C (212*F) and 105*C (221*F) respectively.

Description
Unitronic Stage 1+ E85 Performance Software is precisely calibrated for use with E60-E85 ethanol fuel blends and provides huge power gains over stock while maintaining an OEM-like driving experience with exceptional reliability.

Start/Stop Memory is now enabled and High-Speed Data Logging is also available via UniCONNECT+ for the SIMOS 19.6 ECU.

NOTE: E85 calibrations are not flex fuel calibrations by default, therefore, when using an E85 ECU calibration, the engine is only designed to operate on E85 blends from E60-E85.

Using an E85 calibration with pump gasoline or race gas may result in engine damage.

Unitronic strongly recommends the use of UniFLEX or an Ethanol Content Analyzer, to ensure Ethanol content levels are within the permissible range. When switching between gasoline to ethanol, please use Unitronic’s fuel conversion guide here.

Unitronic FLEX fuel enabled ECU Performance Software Calibrations are available for this platform allowing for seamless transitions between 100% gasoline to 85% ethanol and anything in between, without requiring an ECU reflash. Numerous UniFLEX calibrations are available depending on your transmission situation and fueling upgrades.     Unitronic ECU calibrations include Start/Stop Memory, which enables the vehicle to now remember the last set position.

  • Boost Gauge Recalibration
    The OEM Boost Gauge has been recalibrated to show relative/gauge pressure rather than absolute pressure.

  • Coolant Temperature Patch
    The coolant temperature gauge has been patched to show actual coolant temperature as opposed to the "dummy" gauge as is factory.

  • Advanced Thermal Management
    Factory strategies include a tendency to favor higher operating temperatures for targeting maximum efficiency. Unitronic has developed and implemented its Advanced Thermal Management to target lower coolant temperatures based on the current drive mode selected by the driver. In more performance demanding conditions, like when operating your vehicle in Sport or Race modes, TCO targets are set to 90*C (194*F). Inversely, when maximum efficiency is preferred like when in Comfort or Eco modes, TCO targets are set to 100*C (212*F) and 105*C (221*F) respectively.
