Genuine VW/Audi 1.2mm K2 Clutch Adjusting Shim
WHT-005-518-B is a genuine clutch actuation adjusting shim with a nominal thickness of 1.2mm. It is a measured selection component in the K2 clutch adjustment procedure for the 0CG seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The shim establishes the specified adjustment at the clutch release mechanism. Its thickness is selected during the factory procedure using the measured mechanism clearance and the tolerance marked on the replacement clutch. Vehicle fitment alone does not determine the correct thickness.
